Document translation — your medical files, doctor’s reports, test results translated into the clinic’s working language before your appointment.

In-clinic interpretation — a professional interpreter accompanies you to consultations, procedures, and check-ups so you understand every word the doctor says.

Communication with us — message, call, or write to MedAgent in your own language. We respond in yours.

Hotel near your clinic

Partner rates

Our partner hospitals have working agreements with hotels close to their facilities — at every price level. Through these agreements, you pay less than the public booking rate.

How it works

Walking-distance options — selected hotels are within minutes of the hospital, so daily appointments don’t mean long commutes.

Any price level — from budget-friendly to five-star, you choose what fits your trip.

Contracted rates — because hospitals and hotels have a partnership, you get rates lower than what you’d find on public booking sites.

You pay the hotel directly — no markup from us. We arrange the booking, you settle with the hotel.

Airport & hospital transfer

Optional — Paid

Skip the taxi negotiation and the language confusion. We can arrange a private transfer between the airport, your hotel, and the hospital — on a paid basis.

Available transfers

Airport pickup — a driver meets you at arrivals and takes you to your hotel or clinic.

Hotel ↔ hospital — daily transfer to and from appointments during your treatment.

Return to airport — when your treatment is complete and it’s time to head home.

All payments go directly to providers

Hotel to the hotel. Treatment to the hospital. Transfer to the transfer company. MedAgent doesn’t sit between you and the people providing the service. We coordinate everything — you pay each provider on your own terms.
