Here is exactly what happens, step by step. You provide information and make one choice. We handle the rest.
You send us a message via WhatsApp, Viber, email, or the contact form. Tell us briefly what brings you to Turkey — a procedure, a diagnosis, a second opinion. No commitment, no obligation.
To find the right clinic and doctor for your case, we ask for what’s relevant — imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray), recent test results, your current doctor’s report or referral, and a summary of your medical history. We respond in your language.
Before any Turkish hospital can issue a medical opinion, they must register the patient in the state health registry. This is required by law.
With your file ready, we contact the major Turkish hospital networks simultaneously and request proposals tailored to your case.

Each network responds with a proforma — a formal proposal that includes the recommended doctor from anywhere in their network of hospitals, treatment plan, conditions, and price. Important: a network is not one hospital. Memorial alone has clinics across Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, and more — the network proposes the best doctor and facility for your case across all of them.
We share each doctor’s full background with you — credentials, specialization, experience, languages spoken.
You compare proformas side-by-side and pick the clinic, doctor, and plan that fits you best. This is the one decision we ask you to make. Everything that follows, we handle.
Once you’ve chosen, we coordinate everything on the ground in Turkey:
Transfer and hotel are optional — arranged only if you want them. Interpreters are available at all partner clinics in nearly any language — Russian, English, Arabic, German, French, and more.
You provide information. You make one choice. We do the rest — from the first message to the final discharge. That’s the MedAgent way.
We are here to make treatment in Turkey simpler, more accessible, and more comfortable.
From choosing the right doctor to organizing the entire journey — MedAgent is by your side at every stage.
