If you've had missing teeth for years, bone loss in the jaw is common, and some cases need a bone graft before an implant can be placed — this adds cost and time in every country, not just abroad. A clinic that quotes a flat per-implant price without first reviewing your dental CT scan or panoramic X-ray hasn't actually assessed your case yet. Ask for your treatment plan to be confirmed after imaging, not before.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 implant cases typically require two visits several months apart — one for implant placement, a second after osseointegration (bone fusing to the implant, usually 3–6 months) for the final permanent crown.
