The name covers several procedures done in a single anaesthetic, most often abdominoplasty combined with breast surgery. Which pieces go into your plan depends on your body, your goals and what your surgeon considers safe. Deciding this before you book is what keeps the trip short, the quote honest and the recovery manageable.
The core is abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to tighten the abdominal wall and remove loose skin, paired with breast surgery. Breast surgery can be a lift without implants, implants alone, or implants with a lift. Some patients add liposuction to refine the waist and flanks. There is no fixed menu, so your surgeon recommends the combination after an assessment.
It suits people who have finished having children and whose body has changed in ways that diet and exercise do not reverse. Most surgeons ask you to be at a stable, healthy weight and to wait until breastfeeding has ended for some months. If you plan another pregnancy, the usual advice is to postpone. Your surgeon assesses your health and decides which procedures can safely be combined in one operation.
Our Turkey packages start from €7,900 without implants, from €8,400 with implants and from €8,800 with implants and a breast lift. They typically include the consultation and surgical planning, the combined operation, three nights in hospital, four nights in a hotel, compression garments, post-operative check-ups, airport transfers and an interpreter. Flights are not included.
Plan for seven to ten nights including follow-up visits. Combining procedures means a longer recovery than a single surgery. Most patients need two to three weeks before resuming normal activity and four to six weeks before lifting a child, so arrange help at home before you fly. The full timeline is in our mommy makeover recovery guide.
Send clear photos and your medical history for the quote, and tell the surgeon about previous surgery, medication and any smoking. Stop anything the surgeon asks you to stop before the date, buy loose front-opening clothing, and arrange childcare for the weeks after you return. Ask for the written plan, including the exact procedures and the implant details if relevant.
Work only with a licensed surgeon and an accredited hospital, and get the surgeon's name in writing. A combined operation needs a full anaesthesia team and overnight monitoring, which is why the hospital stay matters as much as the surgeon.
Is it safe to combine procedures?
It depends on your health and on the combination. Your surgeon decides which procedures can be safely performed in one operation, and may split them across two operations.
Can I choose implants later?
Yes. Some patients start with the abdominoplasty and a lift, and add implants in a separate operation. Your surgeon will explain the trade-offs.
How soon can I fly home?
Typically after seven to ten nights in Turkey, once the surgeon has cleared you at the follow-up visit.
This page is general information, not medical advice. Suitability, combination of procedures and results are determined individually by a licensed surgeon.
Send us what you already have — the pathology report, imaging on disc, discharge summaries. A specialist at a partner hospital will review it and tell you what is realistic in your case and how quickly treatment could begin. Reviewing your documents costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
