Breast augmentation with implants in Turkey starts from €4,500, and augmentation combined with a lift starts from €5,000. Those are package prices, fixed until 31 December 2026 — not an entry fee that grows once you land. The figure is only useful, though, if you know which line items sit inside it and which ones you pay for separately. Below we take the price apart, explain why the same operation costs less here than in Western Europe or the United States, and give you the questions that expose the real difference between two quotes that look identical on paper. The procedure itself is described on our breast augmentation service page, and the current package figures sit on our price list.
The package is built around a short, structured stay: two nights in hospital and three nights in a hotel, with the whole trip normally running five to seven nights.
| Included in the package price | Paid separately |
|---|---|
| The operation, surgical team and anaesthesia | International flights to and from Turkey |
| Implants and operating-theatre costs | Hotel nights beyond the three included |
| Two nights in hospital | Travel and medical-complication insurance |
| Three nights in a hotel | A companion's room and meals, if you bring one |
| Airport, hotel and hospital transfers | Compression garment, if your quote does not list it |
| Pre-operative tests and anaesthetist clearance | Meals outside the hospital, personal spending |
| Post-operative checks during your stay | An implant exchange or revision years later |
Two rows deserve a second look. The compression bra is a small sum that clinics handle inconsistently — some include it, some send you to a shop down the road — so ask for it in writing rather than assume. And implants are not lifetime devices: at some point an exchange or revision may be needed, and that is a separate operation at a separate price, in any country. Treat it as a possibility you have budgeted for, not a surprise.
A pair of implants, the sterile consumables and the hours the operating theatre and its staff are occupied make up the largest single block. Size, shape and placement are decided at the in-person consultation against your own chest measurements, not chosen from a catalogue in advance — our guide to how implant size, type and placement are chosen covers what that consultation involves. Ask any clinic whether its quoted price holds for the size and profile the surgeon ends up recommending.
Surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre nurses and two inpatient nights are priced as one block. This is also where accreditation shows up in the number: a licensed hospital with a full anaesthesia team and intensive-care capability costs more to run than a day-surgery room, and that difference belongs in the price.
The €500 step from €4,500 to €5,000 is the difference between placing implants and also repositioning breast tissue and the nipple. That is not a menu choice. Where there is noticeable sagging, implants alone will not correct it, and the surgeon decides which operation is appropriate after examining you. Combined procedures after pregnancy follow the same logic and are planned differently again — see our mommy makeover recovery guide.
Transfers, pre-operative testing and the checks before you fly are bundled rather than free. The length of the stay is set by medicine, not hospitality: your surgeon wants to see the result before clearing you to travel. Our article on when it is safe to fly home after surgery explains why a return flight booked too early is the most expensive mistake patients make, and the breast augmentation recovery timeline sets out the weeks after you land.
The honest answer has nothing to do with cut-rate surgeons, and anyone selling it that way is selling you something else.
What a lower price does not mean is fewer pre-operative tests, a thinner anaesthesia team or an unlicensed facility. Where a quote sits far below the market, that is usually where the saving came from, which is why it pays to know how to check that a Turkish clinic is actually licensed before comparing any numbers at all.
Send the same list to both clinics and compare the answers rather than the headline numbers. Ask in writing:
A clinic that answers all eight in writing is easy to compare. A clinic that answers in round numbers over the phone has given you a sales pitch, not a quote.
Is the €4,500 price for both breasts?
Yes. Package prices cover the procedure as a whole, not one side.
Does the price depend on the implant size I choose?
Size and profile are confirmed at the in-person consultation, once the surgeon has measured your chest and assessed your tissue. Ask any clinic to state in writing whether its package price holds across the sizes it offers.
Why does augmentation with a lift cost €500 more?
It is a longer operation: tissue and nipple are repositioned as well as the implants placed. Whether you need it is a clinical decision made by the surgeon, not an upgrade you select.
How much should I budget beyond the package?
Flights, insurance, any extra hotel nights and personal spending are yours to plan, and they depend entirely on where you fly from. We do not quote them, because a number invented for your city would be worse than no number at all.
How does this compare with the UK or the United States?
Market estimates there are typically several times higher, but published ranges are wide and depend on the surgeon, the city, the facility and whether implants and anaesthesia are billed separately. Treat any single figure you read as a rough market indication rather than a quote — the only comparison that means anything is a written quote from home against a written quote from here.
How long are these prices valid?
Until 31 December 2026. They are reviewed after that date, so an older quote should be reconfirmed.
The prices on this page are indicative package prices and may change after an in-person consultation. This page is general information, not medical advice. Suitability for surgery, the technique used and the result are determined individually by a licensed surgeon.
